BTS are no strangers to breaking records, and they’ve just got another one in the bag with their new song ON.
There’s no slowing them down, and we’re living for it.
The K-Pop heroes released the iconic music video for their new smash hit, with it achieving the biggest ever premiere on YouTube.
A whopping 1.54 million viewers concurrently tuned in, according to Variety, proving the ARMY are pretty dedicated to say the least.
At the time of writing, the video boasts almost 40 million views.
The boys – Jin, Jimin, Jungkook, V, RM, Suga, and J-Hope – dropped the music video this week, showing off some fire choreography.
The video starts in complete silence as the camera pans over a battlefield and its casualties, before we get Noah’s Ark, fleeing prisoners, a burnt down forest, a church congregation holding candles and an entire village coming together.
The lads had already released a video for the track, which racked up 46.5 million views in its first 24 hours, giving it the fifth biggest debut on YouTube ever.
They’re dominating the list, with Boy With Luv keeping its spot at number one, while idol stands at the number six spot.
Not too shabby.
Speaking previously about new single ON, BTS, who have just released their latest album Map Of The Soul: 7, said it’s like a musical diary for their lives over the last few years.
‘It’s like a big diary for our past seven years… it’s like a shrink version of the whole BTS identity. It’s kind of about how we could stumble from time to time but we get, we got back up.

‘We, we could like imagine it many things…. so it’s like a declaration for that we have admitted our, like, destiny, you know, all the, all the pains and all the shadows.’
