Client Solution Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Client Solution Manager to support, scale, and grow our Advertising Performance Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key advertising accounts for medium to large corporations located in Asia, ensuring client success, and meeting their marketing and business objectives using Opera's advertising solutions. Reporting to the Client Solutions Director, you will have extensive experience on the publisher and/or agency side, building digital ad strategies and executing campaigns using the latest digital advertising tools and technologies.
You are passionate about understanding campaign intricacies and how to improve performance while leveraging the range of Opera’s advertising products. You possess strong analytical abilities and will develop deep expertise in Opera's products and proprietary metrics to design and implement winning campaigns, optimize performance to derive insights, and meet our clients' needs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advertising Performance Management: Analyze campaign data, including budget spent, campaign results, inventory, audience, and segmentation.
- Media Planning: Develop and execute strategic budget/media plans aligned with client KPIs.
- Internal Stakeholder Coordination, Project Management Skills: Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, product owners, and trafficking to implement campaigns and deliver on client KPIs.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain client relationships, including communication, report delivery, project management, and strategy development.
- Onboarding New Clients: Manage new account kick-off meetings and ensure a smooth transition from sales to optimization management.
- Strategic Thinking: Prepare weekly monetization reports, deliver quarterly and annual business reviews, insights, and recommendations.
- Client Support: Respond to and follow up on customer queries, complaints, and requests. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues clients might experience.
Preferred Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Over 5 years of experience in digital advertising on the publisher or agency side and a minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Excellent understanding of ad tech, programmatic advertising, and web technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on these insights.
- Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision to initiate and complete tasks.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must.
